The food industry is a global industry, with hundreds of thousands of people making a living from the production of meat, dairy and eggs.

The average American consumes more than 2,500 calories a day, and while this can be a good thing, it can lead to a wide variety of health problems.

To be clear, a vegan diet isn’t a good substitute for meat-based diets, and vegan diets are not a substitute for a plant-rich diet.

For a vegan to eat meat-free, you need to eat more than half of the calories from plant foods you consume in a day — including all animal products.2.

Limit processed meat: The best way to reduce your intake is to cut out processed meats.

According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture, the average American eats about 5,000 pounds of processed meats each year, and they account for nearly one-quarter of the country’s meat intake.

The U.K. has the second highest consumption of processed meat, with an average consumption of 7,000 kilograms.

In Canada, the consumption of meat from animals is estimated to be more than 60,000 kg per year, with beef being the biggest contributor to the meat supply.3.

Limit meat from factory farms: For a plant based diet, eating only plant-grown foods is the best option, according to the USDA.

While it can be tempting to get a little extra protein from the occasional piece of grass, you should also avoid consuming meat from livestock.

This includes cattle, pigs, sheep and goats.4.

Eat more fruits and vegetables: While many fruits and veggies are rich in protein and healthy fats, they can also contain a wide range of micronutrients that help keep your body and mind healthy.

While fruits and greens can be an excellent source of protein and fiber, they’re also full of added sugars and can contribute to weight gain.

The ideal fruit and vegetable diet includes at least one fruit, vegetables and a small amount of whole grains, such as brown rice and oatmeal.5.

Limit dairy products: As the largest consumer of animal products worldwide, dairy products can be especially unhealthy for the environment and humans.

The food and beverage industry uses cow, pig and chicken eggs, as well as beef, as ingredients in a wide array of products.

Dairy products also contribute to the development of chronic diseases, including heart disease, diabetes and cancer.
