Steves Meat Market in Delhi is the main destination for Indian beef.
Its main outlet in Delhi has been closed for a year, and the restaurant has now been taken over by a franchisee from the US.
A spokesperson for Steves confirmed to The Hindu that the owner had moved to the US to open a restaurant in 2017, but since then, the outlet has been empty for three years.
Steves is a popular place for Indian food enthusiasts to purchase beef, with the outlet offering a wide selection of cuts, from the cutiest steaks to the priciest.
The spokesperson said that this new franchisee, who has been with the store for the last three years, is now in charge of the store.
“It has been a long journey to become a part of Steves, but I’m really excited about this new opportunity,” he said.
He said that the restaurant’s owners are committed to serving their customers well and that the new owners will continue to invest in the store to keep it running smoothly.
On the menu, steves will offer a wide variety of cuts including lamb, chicken, beef, veal, and beef and lamb.
The store also has a vegetarian menu.
