The recipe for crab meat is as simple as making a sauce with some vegetables and a little garlic.

It’s an easy, simple, cheap way to add a touch of savoury flair to a dish.

It works well with meatballs, crab cakes, pasta and even a whole crab or lobster.

Wash and chop the crab 1.

Cut the skin off the crab and peel off the shell.

Remove the claws and any flesh from the head and tail.

Chop the shell into smaller pieces, about 2 to 3 cm in size.2.

Add the chopped crab to a bowl.

Add salt, pepper and pepper flakes.

Add a pinch of cayenne and a pinch each of black pepper, paprika and ground black pepper to taste.

Cook the crab in a large pot of salted water for about 15 minutes.4.

Add more water if needed to keep the sauce from drying out.5.

Taste the sauce and adjust the salt to your taste.6.

Taste again, adding more salt and pepper to your liking.7.

You can also use a food processor to pulse the crab meat into the sauce.9.

Add extra salt to taste if you prefer.
